Here’s how you can help!
Our very own Cristina Coolidge is going to Haiti for volunteer relief/aid September 4-11. She is collecting supplies to take with her: sharpies, tupperware, labels and cash. They are collecting $500 for pharmecuticals to take with them. If you would like to donate, feel free to bring items to the gym and we will set them aside for Cristina. She’ll be in next week to collect, so act fast! Thank you, in advance, for your contribution!

At least 3 people came in to the gym yesterday saying they knew the workout was going to be Cindy. They could feel it. Caisa said, “it was a Cindy kind of a day.” And it was.
