The Latest: New class times for Saturday!!
Saturday class schedule 8:00 am and 9:30 am
Effective this Saturday, September 11th Saturday class times are moving to 8:00 and 9:30 am. Now that the weather is starting to cool off and it’s getting darker in the morning we thought it would be nice to give you all a little more time to sleep in!

Chaco came for a visit and I thought for a moment that I was the luckiest person in the world when her mom forgot to take her home. She’s the greatest dog, you can forget her anytime Liz, we could use an official gym dog!
