We want to give a big shout out to Megan on the amazing progress she has made since starting with us last fall.  In the beginning she needed to modify every workout and the warm-up alone could wipe her out.  Today she completed Helen as prescribed with kipping pull-ups and finished in 15:14!  Way to go!  Keep up the fantastic work Megan, you should be so proud of yourself!

Birthday Burpees!!!!

The 5:30pm class did 35 burpees to help our very own NICK CHILDS celebrate his birthday!  Happy Birthday, Nick!!

20 -  2 hand swings
10- goblet squats
10 - pumps

Workout:
4-5 rounds at each station

Station 1)
10 kb front squats
sprint to end of parking lot and back

Station 2)
power wheel crawl
10 leg curls


Then:
7 minutes slow turkish get ups
1 minute per rep

For workout today we did a partner 30/30.  Each partner stays at one station 6 times before moving on to the next exercise.

It may have been a holiday for banks and other people - but not here at Recreate!  We were working hard with LEG CIRCUITS in the skill??!!!  Ohhhh Yeahhhh!!!!!

run out one door and in the other
