25 pull ups…any way you can get them!

For skill on Saturday we did 25 pull ups in as few sets as possible. There were some awesome personal records set, and great improvements seen in people’s kipping, deadhang and band pull ups. Nice job!






Warm Up:
Ladder drills
med ball around the building
Skill:
25 pull ups in as few sets as possible
Workout:
4 rounds
1 min at each station with running clock
ring rows
kettlebell swings
wall ball
row for calories
box jumps
rest 3 minutes

What a workout to come back to after the gym was closed for 2 days! Not to mention the heat! I think the 5:30 and 6:30pm classes had it the worst with the pollen flying through the sky and the heat baking them on the run. You guys are hard core.
