This weekend brought a little bit of everything!







Friday’s workout was a tough one -
3 rounds
run a lap
20 kb swings
15 box jumps
10 db burpees
bear crawl
Satruday was another great partner workout!
6x run a lap relay style
6x broadjump down and back
then
ladder 10-1
wall ball
ring rows
kb sdhp
then
2 min ring hold
6x row 200m
Sunday was a great 40:20.
Thank goodness it’s starting to cool off - it should be only 90 degrees today!
