So much for an easy Monday….

Yesterday we started skill off with front squats and a brand new mobility move.  Looks like we have a few people in here who have done some break dancing.  Welcome to the Leg Swoop!

Warm Up:
2x
10 pass thrus
10 overhead squats
75 jump rope

Skill:
2 warm up sets of 5 front squats
then
5 sets of 3 front squats
paired with
5 leg swoops on each side

Workout:
partner relay
5x each
row 200m
kb swing - 20
run out the back door and in the front
