3 - mountain climbers
3 - springy thingy
3 - pumps
3 - spinal rock

Skill:

2 warm up sets of 5
front squats
then
Front Squats
3,3,3,2,2,1,1
paired with
5 sets or
8-10 kipping or band pull ups

Workout:

run a lap
then
30-20-10
db deadlift
db pushpress
jumping lunges
then
run a lap
