Here’s Adrienne demonstrating her favorite rope pattern, the grapplers throw, nice technique!

For workout today we did a partner 30/30. Each partner stays at one station 6 times before moving on to the next exercise.



Warm Up:
10 pass thrus
10 overhead squats
100 jump ropes

10 kettlebell or double kettlebell snatch
