Warm Up:

band walks
band squats
monster walk
lunge walks
bear crawl
frog hop
inch worm
wall squats - 15

5 min tgu

Skill:

2 rounds
max pull ups
max pushups

Workout:

partner
5x
row 200m
20 kb swings
run out the back door and in the front

wow, that is some terrible lean back, I hope no one is taking their cues from me.  My form needs some serious revision.
