We want to give a big shout out to Megan on the amazing progress she has made since starting with us last fall. In the beginning she needed to modify every workout and the warm-up alone could wipe her out. Today she completed Helen as prescribed with kipping pull-ups and finished in 15:14! Way to go! Keep up the fantastic work Megan, you should be so proud of yourself!
